A Personal Approach To Beauty Treatments
Beauty treatments are personal. What you’re looking for, the features you’d like to enhance and the treatment you’re considering can all shape the experience, which is why we take an individual approach at ELIXIR.
We want you to feel comfortable asking questions and knowing what to expect. Where relevant, we’ll talk through suitability, the treatment itself and any important considerations before you book.
Explore Our Beauty Treatments
Our beauty treatments focus on different areas, from brows and lashes to longer-lasting cosmetic enhancement. Here’s a quick introduction to each service to help you find the most relevant treatment for what you’re looking for.
Permanent Makeup (SPMU)
Permanent Makeup, also known as SPMU, offers a longer-lasting approach to cosmetic enhancement. Depending on the treatment, it can enhance selected facial features and reduce the need to apply conventional makeup as part of your everyday routine.
Microblading
Microblading is a semi-permanent treatment focused specifically on the brows, helping to enhance their appearance and definition. As with any cosmetic treatment, the right approach will depend on the individual and the result they’re looking for.
Eyelash Extensions
Eyelash Extensions enhance the appearance of your natural lashes by adding length and definition. They’re a different option from semi-permanent cosmetic treatments and can form part of an ongoing beauty routine.
If you’d like to enhance your lashes, you can book online or contact us if you have any questions beforehand.
Finding The Right Beauty Treatment For You
Choosing a beauty treatment starts with what you’d like to enhance and the kind of result you’re looking for. You might want more definition around your brows, a longer-lasting approach to your everyday makeup or more length and definition for your lashes.
If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, you don’t need to work it out from the treatment name alone. We’re happy to answer your questions and explain the relevant options so you can feel confident about what you’re booking.
Why Choose ELIXIR For Beauty Treatments?
Choosing where to have a beauty treatment isn’t just about the treatment itself. It’s also about trusting the person providing it, feeling comfortable asking questions and knowing that your individual needs will be considered.
At ELIXIR, our boutique approach is built around personal care and honest conversations. Angela also brings a clinical perspective from her previous nursing background, alongside specialist training in aesthetics and permanent makeup.
That experience continues to shape the way we work today, particularly when it comes to consultation, consent, suitability and making sure clients know what to expect.
Experience You Can Feel Confident In
Angela’s approach to beauty and aesthetics is shaped by a combination of previous nursing experience, specialist training and continued professional development.
Her nursing training began in South Africa in 1986 and included practical, hospital-based experience across areas including general nursing, surgical nursing, theatre, midwifery and community health. She has since undertaken specialist training in aesthetics and permanent makeup and is currently working towards Level 5 and Level 7 qualifications in aesthetics.
This background influences the importance we place on careful consultation, consent and making sure clients have the information they need before treatment.
